The concepts you're wishing for will come alive with the room dimensions and pictures you supply to us if your project is to be a remodel. Whether a New Home or Remodel, we will ask for information about yourself, family, existing spaces and circumstances.
We can help you to determine preliminary budget constraints and requirements. This, along with your wish lists, gives us the tools to create your concepts on-line.
Because we don't charge you by the hour, but by the size of your project, you get to evaluate the concepts and "redline" them as many times as necessary to get the finalized concept of your dreams.
All of this can be transmitted on-line or by fax, phone and mail to ensure the development of your Concept is getting done right.
Better still, we are available to take your calls almost every hour of the waking day and invite your calls to develop your concepts effectively. (Sure, we prefer 8 to 5 contacts like everyone else, but you, our Client, deserve the best!)
Once your Design Concept is done to your approval, we can negotiate additional services for most areas to get to permit-ready drawings. Or, you can work with local drafting, engineers, or architects to get your concepts to permit-ready prints.
