Once you hire HomeStyling Design as your construction advocate, you will be taken through multiple steps of evaluating your desired remodel or new home project. This starts with site and plan evaluation from a “builder’s” point of view. Our experience becomes YOURS.

Next, is examining everything you want included in your project and obtaining all the bids required to tabulate the real costs of your job.

After costing out the your project with Construction Consulting, you move into the construction phase of your project. We will put your job onto an On-Line Calendar, accessible to you and assist you with it.

Your Construction Consultant will visit the jobsite for a pre-agreed number of Site Visits and you have 24/7 contact by email/phone/fax, and live answering service. This is in addition to several planning meetings at our offices to keep you and your job on track.

Construction has no magic carpet, but continual consulting and teaming assures you, the Owner/Builder, equal success to the General Contractor, with even more satisfying results.

Customer Savings is so consistent, we can chart it to show 20% to 30% under “Retail” (the selling price of that same job constructed by a Contractor). This applies to new construction and more so to remodeling.
