Craig & Andrea Peterson
New Home, Snohomish
This classy Rambler has a full daylight basement with room to grow. This the second new home for the Petersons, and they wanted to go with a builder, but costs and personal desires prohibited their handing this off. We put them in the administrative drivers seat and to their amazement their construction is finishing at the same pace projected by a builder.
More than that, the pride of accomplishment and the control of product choices has kept their enthusiasm peaked beyond their expectations.
We empower anyone to be able to attain to their dreams as is being proven with this young family.

Stewart
New Home
Dave Stewart wanted to replace his little “shanty” with a traditional Craftsman style house that looked like it had been in his North Seattle neighborhood for fifty years. From the front, the new home looks exactly like that. Not immediately obvious, is his new 9’ high full basement, the attached 2 car garage out back with a full upper studio over that.
UBuildIt cost control allowed Dave to plow back money into the home that he would have had to pay a builder for the same job. This allowed him to finish more space than he had first hoped to do.

Keith & Betsy Peterson
This traditional looking rambler, is anything but traditional in its construction. The Petersons went Green with many aspects of their new home, from Insulated Foam Concrete engineered construction to in floor radiant heat. The Peterson wanted to prove that “the average Joe” could build Green on a budget. They feel they have accomplished this and love the warm and lively life style they are now enjoying in their dream home.
